I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 24-48 hours to ship out, average delivery times are 5-7 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated immediately after your order has been Shipped.
What is your Return / Exchange Policy ?
We guarantee that every product we sell will be as pictured and described and will be free from defect. If you receives an item that does meet not this guarantee, we will issue you a full refund or provide a replacement.
We are unable to accept returned garments which have been worn, washed, or have had labels and tags removed.
Exchanges are possible for an alternate color or size. This is subject to availability and a refund will be processed if we aren’t able to fulfill your exchange request.
Bodysuits and swimsuits must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact
Panties, lingerie sets that include a panty are final sale and not eligible for return

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at email@example.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
Who pays for return shipping?
Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free return pick up service. The customer will see a pickup option when the return request is submitted.
Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick up at your location, we will credit the shipping costs provided the product meets the terms and conditions of the return policy. The reseller should share the scanned copy of the courier receipt via email for validation.
